Breakfast
Relaxed self service BBQ breakfast menus, freshly cooked on site. We will bring all cooking equipment and and power if required. We are able to offer this service within 30 miles or outside of that area if we area taking tents down with you on the same day. Minimum 20 covers.
Basic Breakfasts
2 bacon and a soft white bap per person with brown sauce or ketchup, unlimited tea and coffee (veggie options).
Complete Breakfast
Premium butchers sausage, back bacon, fresh egg, mushrooms or any combination of those in a soft white bap with brown sauce or ketchup, unlimited tea and coffee (veggie options).
Luxury Breakfast
Premium butchers sausage, back bacon, fresh egg or any combination of those in a soft white bap with brown sauce or ketchup, selection of pastries, unlimited tea and coffee (veggie options).
BBQ's
Cooked to order/buffet style BBQ freshly cooked, high quality banana leaf plates and wooden cutlery provided. within 30 miles and 20 covers minimum.
Basic BBQ
Premium butchers sausages and burgers with cheese, bacon, soft rolls, mixed salad and selection of sauces, (veggie options)
Standard BBQ
As the basic BBQ menu but add an extra protein (choose from: minted lamb or Mexican/plain chicken breast) add a side option (choose from: homemade coleslaw, homemade potato salad or mixed grilled Mediterranean veggies).
Luxury BBQ
As the basic BBQ menu but add two extra proteins (choose from: minted lamb or Mexican/plain chicken breast, Steak or basil and lemon/plain salmon) add two side options (choose from: homemade coleslaw, homemade potato salad or mixed grilled Mediterranean veggies).
